Description

  • Manage Wing’s active pipeline from Sales handoff through successful client launch.
  • Monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks and at-risk accounts, and drive timely corrective action.
  • Coordinate handoffs across Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Onboarding, Training, Operations, Finance, and support teams.
  • Validate client requirements, staffing needs, timelines, and special conditions before fulfillment begins.
  • Oversee recruitment, candidate availability, interviews, client selections, replacements, and staffing progress.
  • Track client decisions and follow up on delays affecting fulfillment.
  • Confirm staffing, documentation, equipment, access, training, schedules, and other launch-readiness requirements.
  • Serve as the first operational escalation point and manage issues through resolution.
  • Establish pipeline SLAs, enforce accountability, and escalate repeated breaches or blockers.
  • Produce pipeline reports and forecasts covering aging, capacity, bottlenecks, projected launches, and revenue activation.
  • Improve workflows, handoff standards, escalation protocols, CRM architecture, and process documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in operations, program management, revenue operations, staffing operations, customer success operations, or a similar field.
  • Experience managing complex, high-volume workflows across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Understanding of SLAs, workflow management, escalation management, and process optimization.
  • Ability to constructively challenge teams and drive accountability.
  • Experience using CRM, project management, reporting, and workflow management platforms.
  • Ability to interpret operational data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to travel to the Philippines as required.
  • Experience in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, SaaS, or service-based organizations preferred.
  • Experience managing client implementation or fulfillment pipelines preferred.
  • Experience working across Sales, Recruitment, Customer Success, and Operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Power BI, or similar systems preferred.
  • Experience designing SLAs, dashboards, workflow automation, or operational governance preferred.
