Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead outreach through follow-up and conversion.
  • Contact and nurture inbound leads from platforms such as Covalo.
  • Prospect outbound leads using existing CRM data in Pipedrive.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Send brochures, catalogs, and samples, and follow up on sample feedback.
  • Maintain, clean, and update CRM records.
  • Qualify leads and prioritize high-intent prospects.
  • Coordinate meetings and demos with leadership.
  • Support post-event follow-up for trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven experience managing a full sales cycle.
  • Proven experience in outbound outreach.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry.
  • Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Pipedrive.
  • Familiarity with email, LinkedIn, Covalo, and Inky Decoder.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Working webcam.
  • Main and backup computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps wired speed and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
