Description

  • Establish rapport and build positive business relationships with customers and clients.
  • Source potential sales leads and collect contact details from social media, referrals, events, online channels, and other sources.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and support campaigns.
  • Maintain an accurate sales prospecting database or CRM.
  • Follow up with leads through email, SMS, and phone calls.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and apply lead qualification criteria and monitor conversion rates.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Proficiency with lead generation software and online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP tools.
  • Experience using word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and able to work a graveyard shift.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and both main and backup computers meeting minimum specs.
  • Main and backup computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM; main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps wired and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
