Description

  • Own SEO and organic channel strategy, including comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and topic clustering to grow targeted organic traffic.
  • Develop and oversee content strategy: on-page optimization, pillar-cluster architectures, publishing cadences, and backlink acquisition via outreach and partnerships.
  • Continuously audit and refine technical SEO to improve site authority, crawl efficiency, and long-term search visibility.
  • Architect and build high-performance landing pages (Framer preferred) with A/B and multivariate testing, heatmapping, and other CRO techniques to maximize conversion rates.
  • Use behavioral analytics (GA4, PostHog, or similar) to diagnose funnel drop-offs, optimize user flows, CTAs, forms, and personalization triggers across the full funnel.
  • Align SEO-driven traffic with post-click experiences by crafting SEO-optimized copy for landing pages, long-form content, and nurturing assets that convert intent into revenue.
  • Design and manage lifecycle email/CRM flows for onboarding, engagement, upsell, winback, and referrals with strong deliverability practices.
  • Implement no-code automations (Zapier, n8n, Make, or equivalent) and integrate data layers across CRM, analytics, and product events for real-time nurturing and retargeting.
  • Ideate, run, and scale low-cost growth experiments (co-marketing, affiliates, influencers, community, referral loops), validate hypotheses rapidly, and document learnings to support scaling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in SEO and CRO within competitive B2B environments, with a track record of driving organic revenue.
  • Demonstrated impact scaling B2B SaaS from $0 to $1–5M ARR through SEO/CRO with measurable improvements in organic traffic, CVR, CAC reduction, and MRR growth (preferred).
  • Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools such as GA4/PostHog and Ahrefs/SEMrush/Google Search Console.
  • Experience building landing pages and experiments in Framer (preferred) and familiarity with campaign managers/automation platforms.
  • Strong fundamentals in attribution, funnel analytics, growth modeling, and rapid experiment validation; comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, content, and analysis.
  • Experience implementing no-code automations (Zapier, n8n, Make) and integrating CRM, analytics, and product event data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Role listed as Czech Republic (remote-first); ability to work from/for Czech Republic may be expected.
