Description

  • Build and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn through rapid testing and scaling decisions based on ROAS and CAC.
  • Design and run automated outbound systems using tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo.
  • Scrape, enrich, and manage prospect lists and write personalized outreach sequences to book demos through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Create ad creatives and landing page variants using tools like Canva and Figma without relying on external design support.
  • Develop landing pages, improve sign-up flows, and optimize email nurture sequences across the full funnel.
  • Focus on revenue-driving metrics such as demos booked, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue.
  • Experiment with unconventional marketing ideas and events to generate attention and demand.
  • Work directly with the founders and own execution with high urgency and autonomy.

Requirements

  • Experience taking a product from negligible revenue to over $1M ARR.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Ability to operate as a self-sufficient, technically scrappy marketer without needing developer support for basic implementation tasks.
  • Experience with Framer or other web builders, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills for B2B sales and demand generation.
  • Ability to launch and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo for outbound operations.
  • Experience with CRO, landing pages, and email nurture optimization.
  • Preference for candidates who can work hands-on across media buying, creative, strategy, and outbound rather than in a management-only role.
