Description

  • Plan and execute in-person events such as founder dinners, executive roundtables, thought leadership salons, suite takeovers, and conference activations.
  • Design creative off-program experiences around major conferences to draw target prospects into high-value conversations.
  • Run larger curated events, including 30 to 50-person dinners, salons, and industry nights, when the opportunity calls for it.
  • Identify the right events, venues, and audiences to place founders and executives in front of high-fit buyers.
  • Own end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, invite lists, vendor management, on-site execution, and follow-up.
  • Curate small guest lists that prioritize the right attendees over large badge counts.
  • Partner with sales to convert event attendees into qualified pipeline and closed customers.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for event formats so the motion becomes scalable and hand-offable.
  • Deploy event budget thoughtfully and evaluate return on investment.
  • Report on pipeline sourced, CAC per event, and revenue influenced.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or in-person enterprise sales.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or AI is a strong bonus.
  • A track record of sourcing real pipeline and revenue from events, not just attendance numbers.
  • Strong relationships with venues, vendors, restaurants, and conference organizers in major tech hubs such as SF, NYC, Vegas, Austin, and Florida.
  • Comfort working directly with founders and executives to design thought leadership content.
  • Ability to operate independently and handle booking, invitations, execution, and follow-up without heavy team support.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% and work nights when events require it.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and able to make things happen without perfect conditions or extra headcount.
  • Player-coach mindset with interest in building and leading a team once the motion is proven.
  • Experience marketing to both technical and non-technical buyers, especially in SaaS, AI, or small enterprise, is preferred.
  • Existing network in the AI or enterprise SaaS ecosystem is preferred.
  • Experience launching a field motion from zero at an earlier-stage company is preferred.
  • Hospitality, concierge, or high-end events background is preferred.
