Description

  • Own paid acquisition across channels including Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic platforms.
  • Launch, test, and scale growth experiments across paid, SEO, and organic channels.
  • Design and optimize landing pages and full-funnel user journeys from acquisition through activation, upsell, and retention.
  • Build and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and overall funnel performance.
  • Set up and maintain attribution, UTM governance, and multi-touch tracking to measure CAC and ROAS accurately.
  • Write high-converting ad, landing page, and long-form copy for paid and organic marketing.
  • Own the organic content engine, including keyword research, topic clustering, publishing, and backlink outreach.
  • Build and manage lifecycle marketing flows for onboarding, retention, upsell, winback, and referrals.
  • Manage email infrastructure, segmentation, deliverability, and behavior-based nurture sequences.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives such as co-marketing, affiliate and influencer campaigns, community-led growth, and team process development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B performance marketing.
  • Experience managing meaningful ad budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to speed up execution.
  • Experience optimizing funnels and landing pages using CRO best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy, content production, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Framer, and PostHog, as well as campaign managers for Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent copywriting and design instincts for creating or directing marketing assets.
  • Preferred: Experience with influencer or affiliate campaigns.
  • Preferred: Experience building or scaling a B2B SaaS business from $0 to $1–5M ARR.
  • Preferred: Ability to show case studies with measurable impact on CPC, CVR, CAC, pipeline, and MRR.
