Description

Build and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Run high-velocity campaign testing by launching, pausing, and scaling ads based on ROAS and CAC.
Develop and automate outbound prospecting systems using tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo.
Scrape, enrich, and manage lead lists and create personalized outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn.
Produce ad creatives and landing page variants independently using tools such as Canva and Figma.
Create and improve landing pages, copy, sign-up flows, and email nurture sequences to increase conversions.
Focus on pipeline and revenue outcomes, including demos booked, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue.
Experiment with unconventional growth tactics, events, and other attention-driving marketing plays.

Requirements

Experience taking a product from negligible revenue to more than $1M ARR.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
Ability to work hands-on without relying on a developer for every fix or workflow.
Familiarity with Framer or other web builders, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools.
Strong copywriting ability for B2B marketing and sales-focused messaging.
Ability to work directly with founders in a high-ownership role.
Experience with modern outbound tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo is preferred.
Ability to create ad creative and landing page assets using tools such as Canva or Figma is preferred.
