Description

  • Manage the leader’s calendar and schedule recurring revenue meetings, including KPI reviews, AR stand-ups, and month-end checkpoints.
  • Arrange meetings with internal stakeholders and, when directed, external parties.
  • Prepare agendas, pre-reads, supporting files, and talking points to ensure meetings start on time with the right materials.
  • Capture decisions and action items during meetings, assign owners and due dates, and maintain trackers through closure.
  • Maintain dashboards and logs for AR aging, DSO, denials, adjustments, cash receipts, authorizations, and open issues.
  • Produce executive notes, summaries, SOPs, and weekly or month-end revenue packets.
  • Create and maintain clean spreadsheets and slides using advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions.
  • Maintain and refine meeting templates, trackers, SOPs, and filing structures.
  • Support audit readiness and escalate blockers early with proposed next steps or decision requests.
  • Handle limited external communication only երբ instructed and escalate substantive matters to leadership with context.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in finance, revenue cycle, or operations-focused executive assistant roles.
  • Financial literacy with practical experience in AR concepts such as aging buckets, DSO, denials/appeals, write-offs, EFT, and ERA.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivots, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and conditional logic.
  • Proficiency in Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with task or issue trackers such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Experience with EMR/RCM reporting exports and payer management systems.
  • Strong written communication, attention to detail, and consistent deadline execution.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, remain organized, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM; main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
