Description

  • Conduct Delegation Coaching sessions with clients and their assistants to identify goals, clarify scope, and structure ongoing collaboration.
  • Analyze delegation patterns and address scope, workload, or communication issues early to prevent misalignment or churn.
  • Guide clients on how to delegate effectively, communicate priorities, and track deliverables.
  • Support assistants in building confidence, ownership, and productivity in their assigned roles.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to resolve performance or fit concerns through proactive intervention.
  • Track account progress and provide structured feedback reports on delegation health and assistant utilization.
  • Document success stories, recurring issues, and recommendations to improve the coaching curriculum.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Delegation Playbook and enablement resources.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in coaching, client success, or virtual assistant management.
  • Strong understanding of delegation workflows, productivity systems, and client–assistant dynamics.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Confident facilitator who can manage sessions with business owners, executives, and remote teams.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or Trello preferred.
  • Background in operations, training, or executive assistance is a strong advantage.

Benefits

  • PHP 45,000–55,000 monthly compensation based on experience and performance.
