Description

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage ticketing.
  • Book appointments through CRM systems, dispatch technicians, and follow up with customers.
  • Pull permits, manage business licenses, and prepare estimates, quotes, and job orders.
  • Track inventory and coordinate with vendors.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Engage customers and resolve inquiries with a high level of service.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B setting.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift.
  • USB headset with noise-cancellation feature, working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed and a backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
