Description

  • Handle client onboarding after sales close.
  • Manage client follow-ups and document collection.
  • Answer tax-related questions with mid-level expertise.
  • Coordinate with sales and office teams.
  • Manage inbound calls, redirect inquiries, and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain communication threads in Go High Level.
  • Support administrative projects and database updates.
  • Engage customers proactively and go the extra mile.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Experience in the financial services and tax-related industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity using desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP tools.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and highly attentive to detail.
  • Able to work a graveyard shift.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps main cable speed and 10 Mbps backup speed.
