Description

  • Manage Wing’s active pipeline daily, maintaining accurate status, ownership, next steps, and completion dates.
  • Monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks and at-risk accounts, and coordinate actions to maintain staffing and launch timelines.
  • Coordinate handoffs and workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Onboarding, Training, Operations, Finance, and support teams.
  • Review closed-account handoffs, validate requirements and timelines, and resolve incomplete or unrealistic expectations.
  • Oversee recruitment, staffing, candidate presentations, client decisions, replacements, and fulfillment timelines.
  • Manage onboarding and launch readiness, including staffing, documentation, equipment, access, training, schedules, and client requirements.
  • Serve as the first operational escalation point, assigning owners, establishing action plans, and tracking issues through resolution.
  • Establish pipeline SLAs, enforce accountability, and escalate repeated breaches or operational blockers.
  • Produce weekly and monthly pipeline health reports covering aging, bottlenecks, staffing turnaround, projected launches, revenue activation, and capacity constraints.
  • Improve workflows, escalation protocols, CRM architecture, automation, handoff standards, and process documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in operations, program management, revenue operations, staffing operations, customer success operations, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume workflows across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and follow-through skills.
  • Understanding of SLAs, workflow management, escalation management, process optimization, and operational governance.
  • Ability to challenge teams constructively, drive accountability, and manage overdue actions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM, project management, reporting, and workflow management platforms.
  • Ability to interpret operational data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to travel to the Philippines as required.
  • Experience in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, SaaS, or service-based organizations preferred.
  • Experience managing client implementation or fulfillment pipelines preferred.
  • Experience working across Sales, Recruitment, Customer Success, and Operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Power BI, or similar systems preferred.
  • Experience designing SLAs, dashboards, workflow automation, or operational governance preferred.
