Description

  • Design, build, and optimize core web and mobile applications for Wing’s ecosystem.
  • Write production-ready code and deploy AI-driven features.
  • Integrate LLMs, REST APIs, and third-party automation tools into production workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews, debug issues, and improve application speed and UI responsiveness.
  • Define feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI products and internal tools.
  • Support roadmap execution and sprint tracking using Agile tools such as Linear, Jira, or Notion.
  • Analyze feature usage, gather user feedback, and improve onboarding and growth funnels.
  • Support client onboarding, build knowledge base guides, and track customer feedback and churn risks.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and automate repetitive workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or CRM systems.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, create content, manage partnership outreach, and track performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Interest in one of four tracks: Software Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success & Operations, or GTM & Marketing.
  • Experience with modern web frameworks such as React/Next.js, Node.js, Python/Django, or LAMP/PHP stacks for engineering roles.
  • Experience with mobile development using React Native, Flutter, or native frameworks for engineering roles.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Linear, Jira, and Notion for product roles.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or CRM systems for operations roles.
  • Experience with SEO, paid ads, LinkedIn, X, or YouTube for marketing roles.
  • Ability to work on AI-related products, workflows, or tools is preferred.
  • High performers may be considered for full-time, paid roles after completion.
