Description

  • Identify realistic search-related failures in AI-generated responses.
  • Create and test search queries to uncover inadequate results.
  • Document issues such as poor local relevance, weak sources, outdated information, language mismatches, incomplete answers, and regional inapplicability.
  • Write instructions and evaluation criteria for correct answers.
  • Compare information across websites, databases, and documentation to verify accuracy.
  • Iterate through multiple queries and testing approaches to locate failures.
  • Assess local regulations, business practices, cultural nuances, and other locale-specific factors.

Requirements

  • Chinese-speaking language expertise.
  • Strong research skills and ability to verify information across multiple sources.
  • Critical thinking skills to identify contradictions, outdated information, and context-specific inaccuracies.
  • High attention to detail, including language nuances, local variations, and edge cases.
  • Comfort with iterative testing and trial-and-error problem solving.
  • Clear writing skills for creating instructions and evaluation rubrics.
  • Background in research, quality assurance, compliance, or another precision-focused field preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with the relevant locale, including regulations, business practices, and cultural nuances preferred.
  • Availability for 20 hours per week.
