Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Create sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
  • Post and manage openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
  • Maintain recruitment workflows and candidate records in Greenhouse ATS.
  • Track and report metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and process improvements.
  • Support workforce planning with talent availability and market insights.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Experience using data and metrics to guide recruitment decisions and improve processes.
  • Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
