Description

  • Manage and coordinate a portfolio of People Department initiatives and projects.
  • Develop project plans, workback schedules, timelines, milestones, and dependency maps.
  • Track project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items across multiple initiatives.
  • Facilitate governance activities, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and working groups.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentation materials to provide visibility into progress and outcomes.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable project plans in partnership with the Director of People Transformation.
  • Coordinate transformation initiatives spanning HR systems, performance management, policy development, workforce analytics, employee experience, and operational improvement.
  • Document current-state processes and workflows, and develop SOPs, process maps, implementation guides, and operating documentation.
  • Support change management, including implementation plans, stakeholder engagement plans, training materials, and communications.
  • Coordinate readiness, adoption, and implementation support across cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, consulting, or related roles.
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with change management methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Experience documenting business processes and developing operational documentation.
  • Strong project planning, organization, execution, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Preferred experience supporting HR, People Operations, Organizational Effectiveness, or transformation initiatives.
  • Preferred experience in remote-first and globally distributed organizations.
  • Preferred experience in nonprofit, technology, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Preferred experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, or operational metrics.
  • Must be authorized to work in a hireable location; non-U.S. hires require current work authorization in their location.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of US $114,816 to US $173,156 for U.S.-based applicants, adjusted by location outside the U.S.
