Description

  • Help new customers choose the right bike, battery, accessories, and service options.
  • Explain bike features, subscription plans, pricing, account setup, and payment steps.
  • Use sales techniques to convert prospective customers into subscribers.
  • Support existing customers with subscription questions, payments, and account issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic bike or service issues remotely for customers.
  • Coordinate service requests and follow-ups with the operations team.
  • Address customer concerns and objections while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via live video and messaging tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests quickly.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with the rider community.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish proficiency.
  • Fluent English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles.
  • Comfortable working on camera and assisting customers via live video throughout the day.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • High-speed internet connection required.
  • Headset required.
