Description

  • Track and analyze mechanics’ daily performance, KPIs, efficiency, and attendance across locations.
  • Maintain performance tracking systems, reports, and daily summaries for management.
  • Follow up with underperforming mechanics and support disciplinary and coverage planning processes.
  • Own inventory tracking for parts and accessories, including stock levels, usage trends, demand forecasting, and audits.
  • Manage transfer requests and coordinate movement of bikes, batteries, parts, damaged assets, and scrap between locations.
  • Work with logistics and store teams to ensure shipping, receiving, bike availability, and demand alignment.
  • Monitor repair flow, turnaround time, operational bottlenecks, and store readiness to prevent lost sales.
  • Train new mechanics and store managers on ERP basics, inventory tools, and transfer workflows.
  • Coordinate across stores, warehouse, logistics, procurement, legal, and leadership to resolve operational issues and escalations.
  • Manage end-to-end operations for the B2B client DutchX, including repairs, logistics, communication, and service quality.

  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • High ownership, accountability, and the ability to work proactively.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and effective communication across different teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Operational planning and prioritization skills.
  • Basic training and coaching skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational tools is preferred.
  • Native or fluent Russian speaker.
  • Excellent English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
