Description

  • Manage trip operations from post-booking through departure, including sections of the trip design phase.
  • Review itineraries for accuracy, completeness, and premium client experience.
  • Use internal systems and tools such as Axus, TripSuite, TravelJoy, and Constant Contact to manage workflows.
  • Build, refine, and optimize SOPs, templates, and operational processes.
  • Send VIP communications to hotel general managers with client preferences and arrival details.
  • Manage trip payments, commission invoicing, and outstanding payment tracking.
  • Oversee travel insurance sales, including quoting policies and maintaining records.
  • Follow up with partners after trips to collect feedback and maintain strong relationships.
  • Create social media content and videos by repurposing newsletter material.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and operational materials for future team growth.

Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong drive for accuracy and perfection.
  • Strong written and spoken English for client communication and itinerary proofreading.
  • Ability to proactively spot gaps, errors, and inconsistencies.
  • Experience in operations, administration, and client-facing work.
  • Comfort learning and using tools such as Canva, travel platforms, and CRMs.
  • Ability to take ownership of trips from post-booking through departure.
  • Background in travel, hospitality, or luxury service is advantageous.
  • Experience with itinerary building or similar coordination work is advantageous.
  • Basic marketing or social media support skills are advantageous.
  • Process improvement mindset with experience organizing workflows and creating SOPs is advantageous.

Benefits

  • $2,200-$2,500 per month gross salary.
