Description

  • Orchestrate cross-functional work across business lines, finance, corporate development, engineering, legal, and compliance to deliver integrated international solutions.
  • Drive localization execution for Anduril products in international markets, including adapting hardware, software, production, and operational procedures to country-specific requirements and regulations.
  • Develop and manage industrial cooperation programs with international partners while ensuring compliance with local content requirements.
  • Identify strategic domestic partnerships and collaborate with production, supply chain, operations, and sustainment teams to support international programs.
  • Build and operate scalable digital infrastructure and process frameworks to improve clarity across the Global Defense portfolio.
  • Support international expansion by building new operational processes and assisting with new market and new region entry.
  • Drive operational readiness for international deployments, including training programs, maintenance frameworks, and local technical support capabilities.
  • Track and report on program performance metrics, including localization milestones, industrial cooperation commitments, and operational KPIs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with industrial cooperation, localization programs, and/or international partnerships.
  • High ownership and autonomy with the ability to manage multiple large programs and priorities across an international portfolio.
  • Experience in a defense or technology company.
  • Strong ability to work with data analytics and business intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50%.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with complex hardware and software systems, preferred.
  • Experience with M&A, government contract structures, and government proposal processes, preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI and autonomous systems, preferred.
  • MBA or STEM degree, preferred.
