Description

  • Track daily mechanic performance, KPIs, efficiency, attendance, and call-outs across all locations.
  • Follow up with underperforming mechanics, support corrective actions, and provide performance summaries to management.
  • Manage inventory tracking for parts and accessories, including stock monitoring, demand forecasting, counts, audits, and transfer requests.
  • Coordinate transfers of bikes, batteries, parts, and scrap between locations, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor bike availability, repair flow, turnaround times, and operational bottlenecks to align supply with demand.
  • Communicate daily with store teams to set priorities, assign workload, and support staffing and coverage planning.
  • Train new mechanics and store managers on ERP basics, inventory tools, and operational workflows.
  • Act as a liaison between stores, warehouse, logistics, procurement, legal, and leadership to resolve operational issues and escalations.
  • Track decommissioned bikes, fleet health, and repair pipeline, and provide operational reporting to leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end operations for the B2B client DutchX, including repairs, logistics coordination, escalations, and communication.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • High ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and effective communication across different teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Operational planning and prioritization skills.
  • Basic training and coaching skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational tools is preferred.
  • Native or fluent Russian speaker.
  • Excellent English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
