Description

  • Track and analyze daily mechanics performance, KPIs, and efficiency across locations.
  • Maintain performance tracking systems, reports, and daily management summaries.
  • Follow up with underperforming mechanics and support disciplinary, attendance, and scheduling processes.
  • Own inventory tracking for parts and accessories, including stock analysis, forecasting, counts, and audits.
  • Coordinate transfers of bikes, batteries, parts, damaged units, and scrap between warehouse and stores.
  • Monitor bike availability, repair flow, turnaround time, and operational bottlenecks to keep supply aligned with demand.
  • Communicate daily with store teams and assign workload to locations based on capacity and operational needs.
  • Onboard and train mechanics and store managers on ERP basics, inventory tools, and transfer processes.
  • Serve as a bridge between stores, logistics, procurement, legal, and leadership to resolve operational issues.
  • Manage end-to-end operations for the B2B client DutchX, including repairs, logistics, communication, and escalations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • High ownership, accountability, and comfort making decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and prioritize operational work.
  • Clear and effective communication across different teams and functions.
  • Problem-solving ability under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operational planning, coordination, and prioritization skills.
  • Basic training and coaching skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational tools is preferred.
  • Native or fluent Russian speaker.
  • Excellent English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
