Description

  • Track and analyze daily mechanic performance, KPIs, and efficiency across all locations.
  • Maintain performance tracking systems, reports, and daily summaries for management.
  • Follow up with underperforming mechanics and support disciplinary and attendance processes.
  • Assist with scheduling, coverage planning, and cross-location staffing.
  • Own inventory tracking for parts and accessories, including stock levels, usage trends, and demand forecasting.
  • Initiate and manage transfers between warehouse and stores to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate logistics for bikes, batteries, parts, damaged assets, and scrap movement between locations.
  • Monitor repair flow, turnaround times, bike availability, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Train new mechanics and store managers on ERP basics, inventory tools, and operational workflows.
  • Act as a bridge between stores, logistics, procurement, legal, and leadership to resolve operational issues.
  • Manage end-to-end operations for the DutchX B2B client, including repairs, logistics, communication, and escalations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • High ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Clear and effective communication across different teams.
  • Problem-solving skills under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operational planning and prioritization skills.
  • Basic training and coaching skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational tools preferred.
  • Native or fluent Russian speaker.
  • Excellent English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
