Description

  • Design, craft, and optimize prompts for large language models to produce accurate, informative, and creative outputs.
  • Architect agentic AI systems using design patterns such as structured outputs, function calling, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
  • Architect scalable infrastructure to support high-throughput, low-latency operations and enable deployment of many models with minimal resource footprints.
  • Own AI solutions end-to-end, from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Develop frameworks for integrating multiple AI models and tools seamlessly into agentic workflows.
  • Translate complex stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities.
  • Drive continuous automation by identifying new opportunities, iterating on past solutions, and moving initiatives from prototype to operational systems that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure system designs prioritize security, compliance, and ethical considerations while maintaining performance and reliability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of software developer experience and at least 2 years in AI system development, including at least 6 months focused on prompt engineering or agentic AI architectures.
  • U.S. citizenship and residence in the contiguous United States (eligibility to be cleared).
  • Expert-level Python proficiency and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks; proficiency with modern programming languages used in agentic AI engineering.
  • Experience supporting cloud platform infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments and operationalizing prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms to ensure efficient AI system performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field is desired but not required (experience may substitute for degree).
  • Desired: experience with Go (Golang) and strong data visualization skills.
