Description

  • Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment from day one.
  • Translate rough product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications.
  • Build and ship the venture’s core product using modern tools and frontier models.
  • Design agentic systems with a focus on quality, maintainability, and simplicity.
  • Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations.
  • Shape the product based on real customer workflows and market feedback.
  • Contribute to fundraising, including investor conversations and due diligence.
  • Recruit and grow the technical team when the time is right.
  • Establish the company’s technical and cultural foundation.
  • Lead execution as a hands-on co-founder rather than a distant manager.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints.
  • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
  • Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity and maintainability.
  • Ability to turn messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specs.
  • Comfort and effectiveness in customer conversations.
  • Rigorous approach to verification, including feedback loops and evaluation systems.
  • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
  • Fundraising experience is a strong plus.
  • Full-time, exclusive commitment to building a single venture from the ground up.
  • Founder mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.
