Description

  • Assist project teams with planning, scoping, requirements gathering, and client validation.
  • Own localization project management activities for designated accounts.
  • Identify relevant clients and internal stakeholders to resource projects for quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to coordinate delivery of client projects.
  • Create schedules and monitor delivery timeliness.
  • Support budget management and control project costs.
  • Build and nurture relationships across the assigned team and stakeholders.
  • Plan project activities and resolve issues through corrective and preventive action.
  • Seek ways to optimize delivery, quality, and profitability.
  • Prepare written and verbal reports on project scope, financials, progress, and status for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep finance systems up to date and accurate.
  • Maintain process documentation and knowledge management records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field.
  • Previous experience in the localization industry is preferred.
  • Keen interest in localization technology, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Energy and a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across project teams and work in a dynamic environment.
