Description

  • Translate biology patent content from US English into Serbian Cyrillic while preserving meaning and readability.
  • Proofread and review patent translations as needed.
  • Follow project instructions, translation processes, and CAT-tool workflows.
  • Use JIRA and XTM to complete assigned translation work.
  • Communicate promptly and effectively in English with the project team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience translating and reviewing biology patent content.
  • Native fluency in Serbian Cyrillic (sr-Cyrl-RS).
  • Degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to translate patents from US English (en-US) into Serbian Cyrillic (sr-Cyrl-RS).
  • Ability to use CAT tools, including JIRA and XTM.
  • Ability to support an expected weekly weighted volume of 2,000 to 5,000 words.
