Description

  • Build and maintain automation scripts and lightweight internal tools for operations teams.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise integrations to support seamless data exchange.
  • Implement programmatic quality checks to improve data consistency and accuracy.
  • Support the rollout of technical solutions by documenting changes and iterating based on feedback.
  • Build and support integrations between internal systems and third-party tools.
  • Maintain and improve existing workflows as team needs evolve.
  • Write code to solve practical problems that directly impact team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to communicate and deliver technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of engineering or technical experience, including internships and projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related engineering/analytics field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or general-purpose programming language, preferably Python and/or JavaScript.
  • Basic understanding of JSON, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Experience with AWS and other cloud platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
  • Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies and challenges.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate efficiently with other engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code is a plus.
