Description

  • Translate life sciences, pharmaceutical, and medical content from English into Danish.
  • Proofread and copy-edit translated documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform machine translation post-editing as part of the workflow.
  • Work on investigator-facing, patient-facing, and pharmacy-related materials.
  • Use CAT tools to complete translation assignments.
  • Apply Track Changes in Word during editing and review tasks.
  • Collaborate on an ongoing freelance basis with the potential for additional projects over time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience translating and copy-editing content in investigator-facing, patient-facing, and/or pharmacy subject areas.
  • Excellent knowledge of both English and Danish (da-DK).
  • Experience using CAT tools.
  • Knowledge of the Track Changes function in Microsoft Word.
  • Translation degree, or 2 years of translation experience with another degree, or 5 years of translation experience without a degree.
  • Experience in the life sciences, pharma, or medical industry.
  • Ability to work remotely as an independent freelance contractor.
  • Experience with XTM or Phrase is preferred; license is provided by the client.
