Description

  • Manage a portfolio of large and complex SMB client accounts after the point of sale throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Develop account-specific sales plans that identify products, expansion opportunities, and the business case for Wellhub.
  • Drive renewals, expansions, upsells, cross-sells, and annual contract negotiations.
  • Lead client relationships and partner with HR stakeholders and decision makers to deepen engagement with Wellhub.
  • Connect client executives with Wellhub leadership and, where relevant, with leaders at other client companies to broaden relationships.
  • Provide client feedback, requirements, and product improvement ideas to product management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Wellhub to improve the client experience.
  • Analyze and improve processes and protocols while adapting to change in a fast-moving global environment.
  • Maintain a supportive, wellbeing-focused work culture for clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a client-facing role managing large and complex client relationships.
  • Experience with cross-selling and upselling within an existing portfolio.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and use lane management as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to analyze and improve processes and protocols.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage change in a fast-moving global business environment.
  • Highly proficient in both Portuguese and English.
