Description

  • Analyze acquired companies’ income statements to identify leakage and drive EBITDA improvements.
  • Partner with finance leads to build rolling forecasts and annual budgets for the portfolio.
  • Perform variance analysis to explain performance gaps and distinguish operational issues from market shifts.
  • Audit and clean acquisition data from inconsistent Google Sheets and Excel trackers to create a single source of truth.
  • Act as a bridge between executive leadership and operational teams at acquired companies.
  • Translate complex findings into clear business implications and actionable growth plans.
  • Support the design of systems and processes that improve operational excellence across integrations.
  • Promote a supportive work environment that prioritizes wellbeing and work-life balance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role such as Management Consulting, FP&A, or Business Intelligence.
  • Proven experience in change management or post-merger integration.
  • Expertise in SQL and advanced data visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including building robust, scalable models.
  • Advanced financial modeling ability, including 3-statement models and DCFs in Excel.
  • Experience defining and tracking SaaS or other business KPIs such as CAC, LTV, burn rate, or gross margin.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis and business implications clearly to executive stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in FP&A is mandatory.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience in a similar integration or operational efficiency role is preferred.
