Description

  • Design and scale revenue and ARR models that serve as the source of truth across products and business lines.
  • Partner with Data Science to refine predictive models and align forecast outputs with commercial realities.
  • Advise Business Development, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Sales on deal structures, partnership economics, and new market initiatives.
  • Build automated, reproducible analytical workflows using Python and SQL instead of manual spreadsheet-based processes.
  • Translate ARR waterfalls, revenue variances, and forecasting results into executive-ready strategic narratives.
  • Support the Senior Director with executive decision-making and reporting.
  • Lead the end-to-end revenue forecasting process, combining top-down goals with bottom-up sales funnel inputs.
  • Contribute to marketing analytics dashboards and geographic ROI framework development.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Finance & Strategy, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Operations in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Investment banking or accounting experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to join and manipulate disparate datasets across BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses.
  • Experience using Python for data manipulation with Pandas/NumPy and automating financial tasks.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and window functions.
  • Proficiency with Google Looker/BigQuery and expert-level financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite leaders and cross-functional partners such as Business Development and Sales Ops.
  • Deep understanding of recurring revenue metrics such as churn attribution, LTV, CAC, and net expansion.
  • Experience building structured, scalable financial frameworks from fragmented data environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics.
  • MBA or an advanced technical degree is preferred.
