Description

  • Document regional user journeys for key audiences in partnership with the Global CRM team.
  • Manage, execute, and support global promotions and monetization initiatives.
  • Create, execute, manage, and support regional campaigns from planning through launch.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize results, and capture learnings for future strategies.
  • Document regional learnings and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Act as the point of contact for SS-LATAM initiatives with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Identify regional growth opportunities using product and marketing data.
  • Oversee, test, optimize, and scale Event Based Marketing flows for the SS region.
  • Develop and scale Conversion Rate Optimization best practices for acquisition campaigns.
  • Design and propose regional tests and campaigns for Argentina, Mexico, and Chile.

Requirements

  • Experience in acquisition, monetization, and digital marketing principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM channels including email, push, in-app, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with global and regional campaign management, experimentation, and CRO methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success managing and executing global and regional marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience developing playbooks, documentation, and reporting frameworks for continuous improvement.
  • Experience executing CRM campaigns end to end.
  • Braze knowledge is a plus.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to work across multiple markets and stakeholders.
