Description

  • Own the identification and execution of low-cost, high-impact growth initiatives tailored to the crypto trading industry.
  • Continuously scan the crypto landscape to uncover unconventional acquisition opportunities tied to market cycles, protocol events, and regulatory shifts.
  • Design crypto-native campaigns such as referral mechanics, on-chain incentives, community activations, co-marketing, trading competitions, and airdrop-linked acquisition flows.
  • Prioritize growth opportunities using ICE or RICE scoring and present a monthly pipeline of crypto-specific initiatives.
  • Identify, approach, and manage strategic partnerships with protocols, wallets, DAOs, launchpads, crypto media, KOLs, and adjacent fintech brands.
  • Build and maintain a partnership pipeline with Business Development and negotiate co-marketing, co-branding, and distribution agreements.
  • Develop playbooks and repeatable frameworks that allow regional and cross-functional teams to replicate successful growth and partnership models.
  • Serve as the internal crypto industry authority by tracking competitors, audience segments, market narratives, and emerging trends.
  • Produce recurring crypto growth intelligence briefs for senior stakeholders and translate insights into actionable priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, BD, Retention, Performance, and Regional teams through workshops, dashboards, reporting, and stakeholder enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, or strategic partnerships with direct hands-on crypto or Web3 industry experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the crypto trading industry, including CEX and DEX exchanges, DeFi mechanics, tokenomics, on-chain behavior, and crypto communities.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing low-budget, high-impact acquisition campaigns in crypto or fintech.
  • Ability to identify under-exploited growth opportunities in a fast-moving, cycle-driven crypto market.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships end-to-end, including origination, negotiation, asset creation, and performance tracking.
  • Active participation in crypto communities such as Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, or Farcaster.
  • Strong cross-functional influencing skills and experience driving results through teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create playbooks, briefs, and executive presentations.
  • Comfort working with analytics, dashboards, metrics, and independent data interpretation.
  • Prior experience at a crypto exchange is preferred.
  • Existing network of crypto-native contacts such as KOLs, protocol BD leads, crypto fund operators, media editors, or community leaders is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with on-chain analytics tools such as Dune Analytics, Nansen, or Glassnode is preferred.
  • Experience with token incentives, airdrops, or trading competitions as acquisition mechanisms is preferred.
  • Understanding of KYC/AML funnel implications and conversion optimization within regulatory constraints is preferred.
  • Multilingual or multi-market experience across MENA, SEA, EU, Turkey, or LatAm is preferred.
