Description

  • Support the delivery of high-quality UI designs with attention to detail and visual consistency.
  • Create and maintain clear Figma handoffs organized for development.
  • Learn and help define accessibility specifications with senior team members.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to support new feature delivery.
  • Help maintain design quality across the Booking experience.
  • Participate actively in team ceremonies and stay aligned with product priorities.
  • Continue developing skills in UI, accessibility, and Product Design fundamentals.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary squad supporting an end-to-end product experience.
  • Prepare files, organize components, and assist developers with structured design documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with UI Design is required.
  • Previous experience with Figma is required.
  • Residence in Brazil is required; this is a remote role open only to candidates living in Brazil.
  • Ability to read and write in English for handoffs, accessibility specs, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to interface quality and visual consistency.
  • Interest or early experience in digital product design, preferably in tech or startups.
  • Comfort organizing Figma files, components, and design handoff materials.
  • Interest in Design Systems and inclusive design/accessibility practices.
  • Collaborative approach to working with designers, engineers, and product partners.
  • Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage tasks and documentation carefully.
