Description

  • Define and maintain the core Figma component library, design tokens, and documentation.
  • Create scalable design systems that work across responsive web, mobile, and specialized hardware interfaces.
  • Establish the process for proposing, vetting, and integrating new components across the UX team.
  • Bridge Design and Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and technical feasibility.
  • Build, test, and prototype interactive components.
  • Support cross-product experiences as needed.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and frontend engineers to keep the product experience cohesive, accessible, and polished.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design.
  • 4+ years of experience specifically in Design Systems.
  • Expert-level Figma proficiency, including Auto-layout, Variables, and Prototyping.
  • Deep understanding of frontend development technologies and accessibility standards, including WCAG.
  • Experience coordinating between Figma and Storybook or a similar tool.
  • A portfolio demonstrating polished visual design and systems thinking.
  • Strong technical and UX writing skills, including naming components in a system context.
  • Ability to speak confidently about interaction, visual, motion, and writing across the design stack.

  • Estimated annual pay range of $185,000-$230,000 USD.
  • Additional compensation may include sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the form of RSUs.
