Description

  • Own and develop a defined Florida-based territory within a major metropolitan market.
  • Build a strategic territory plan targeting high-opportunity practices and groups.
  • Establish market presence through consistent in-person engagement.
  • Prospect daily through outbound calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and close net-new business with independent practices and multi-location groups.
  • Conduct consultative discovery around payment workflows, financing, and revenue optimization.
  • Articulate the value of merchant services, financing options, and payment workflow improvements.
  • Understand and position interchange, merchant pricing, underwriting, and approval processes.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report territory performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of B2B field sales experience.
  • Payments, merchant services, or fintech sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling into healthcare or dental is a plus.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to a major Florida metro market, preferably Miami, Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a field-based role.
  • Skilled at navigating practice decision-makers such as owners, office managers, and regional leaders.
  • Results-driven and comfortable in a performance-based compensation model.
