Description

  • Develop and enhance software solutions for new product development and product upgrades.
  • Build web interfaces and management systems to support operational needs.
  • Design, integrate, test, and package new products while ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Lead projects independently and drive them through to completion.
  • Apply AI tools to improve software engineering productivity and automate network administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and team members to present ideas and influence decisions.
  • Navigate, refactor, and maintain large codebases and complex projects.
  • Improve agile development processes through automation, monitoring, and analysis.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Python for development and automation.
  • Strong expertise in networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS, or DHCP.
  • Deep understanding of Linux and its ecosystem.
  • Full stack web development experience, preferably in the education technology domain.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), content filtering, and authentication systems.
  • Proficiency in C, C++, or Rust for Linux-based networking applications.
  • Strong front-end development skills with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with AI tools and the ability to apply them to software productivity and network administration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present through discussions, whiteboard sessions, technical documentation, and business summaries.
  • Experience working with distributed version control and large codebases, including refactoring complex projects.
  • Strong awareness of industry trends and a demonstrated passion for software development through personal projects or open-source contributions.
