Description

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire executive-level talent for senior corporate roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Use direct search, networking, and executive search partnerships to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through industry contacts, social media, and professional organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Facilitate candidate selection discussions and provide hiring recommendations based on assessment results.
  • Manage the offer process, including offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding support.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and compensation benchmarks to inform stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in high-level and executive recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment or search firm.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level positions across various functions.
  • Strong understanding of executive search methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Spanish or French proficiency is required.
