Description

Research and develop the platform using cutting-edge AI agents.
Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering and enterprise architecture.
Build software components such as wrappers, API integrations, and utility tools in Python.
Assemble intelligent AI agents for a variety of use cases.
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and generative AI services, including recommendation engines and deep learning models.
Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
Work directly with customers in a client-facing role and communicate solution approaches clearly.
Contribute to solution design and architecture decisions for agentic AI use cases such as NLQ-to-SQL translation.

Requirements

4+ years of experience overall, with at least 5+ years in Generative AI and 2+ years in traditional Machine Learning.
Experience in AI/GenAI solution design, including prompt engineering, architecture, consulting, and enterprise architecture.
Strong software development experience and proficiency in Python.
Deep understanding of GenAI/ML technologies and their implementations.
Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Transformers, CNNs, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, NLP libraries, embedding models, and vector databases.
Experience with OpenAI, Llama/Llama2, other open-source models, and Azure OpenAI models.
Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the financial, healthcare, or insurance industries is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree from IITs, NITs, BITs, or IIITs is preferred.

Benefits

Salary range of Rs 1,000,000 to Rs 5,000,000 per year (INR 10–50 LPA).
