Description

  • Define an actionable go-to-market strategy for outsourcing services, including target geographies, industries, and ideal client profiles.
  • Recommend niche service offerings, package structures, and pricing models such as hourly, FTE, retainer, and project-based pricing.
  • Drive pipeline creation through outbound lead generation, client outreach, and conversion strategies.
  • Guide positioning and messaging across LinkedIn, email outreach, partnerships, and freelancing platforms.
  • Develop value propositions and proposal frameworks tailored to international clients.
  • Advise on website structure, service positioning, and professional branding to support credibility and lead generation.
  • Share guidance on client acquisition workflows, onboarding processes, and scalable service delivery models.
  • Recommend tools, systems, and operational frameworks used in outsourcing businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy, execution, and business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proven business development experience in KPO, RPO, BPO, or outsourcing services.
  • Direct involvement in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage sales pipelines for international markets such as the US, UK, Australia, or the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing business models, pricing structures, and client expectations.
  • Practical knowledge of outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, partnerships, and referral networks.
  • Experience with selling accounting outsourcing, recruitment outsourcing, offshore staffing, or back-office support services.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a flexible, remote, entrepreneurial environment.

Benefits

  • Salary range of Rs 300000 - Rs 600000 per year (INR 3-6 LPA).
