Description

  • Define and execute a holistic organic growth strategy across SEO, ASO, GEO, and extension store platforms with measurable OKRs tied to impressions, clicks, MAU, installs, and revenue.
  • Own and prioritize the organic growth roadmap, balancing quick wins and long-term initiatives and running experiments to validate impact.
  • Lead, mentor, hire for, and scale a high-performing organic growth team while fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Content, Brand, and Marketing to embed organic growth into product development, launches, and go-to-market plans and influence product roadmap decisions using search intent and competitive insights.
  • Manage end-to-end SEO across web properties, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site performance, structured data).
  • Oversee keyword research, content optimization, content gap analysis, link-building, and digital PR strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
  • Develop and run GEO strategies and experiments to optimize visibility in AI-driven/LLM discovery experiences and measure impact on traffic and conversions.
  • Own ASO for Apple App Store and Google Play—optimize listings, creatives, keywords, ratings/reviews strategies, A/B tests, localization, and install conversion rate optimization.
  • Manage extension store optimization across browser marketplaces—optimize listings, test to improve conversion rates, and align extension strategies with SEO and ASO.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs across all organic channels, present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, and manage the organic growth tech stack (analytics, SEO/ASO tools).

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in SEO and/or organic growth, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record driving organic growth for high-traffic platforms and consumer applications and scaling organic visibility from zero.
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, and link-building.
  • Hands-on experience with ASO for iOS and/or Android apps, including listing optimization, creative testing, and ratings/reviews strategies.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and ASO platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Nice to have: experience in SaaS, EdTech, or consumer tech; exposure to multi-regional/multilingual SEO/ASO; knowledge of structured data/schema markup and knowledge graph optimization; experience with programmatic SEO, CRO, and optimizing browser extension listings; comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team.
