Description

  • Evaluate product designs and visual outputs based on quality, usability, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Provide informed feedback on design choices, layout, and overall presentation.
  • Apply design principles to assess visual consistency, hierarchy, and user experience.
  • Review a variety of assets including graphics, documents, presentations, and digital interfaces.
  • Follow structured guidelines to ensure consistency in evaluations.
  • Use clear written communication to document feedback and decisions.
  • Contribute to a research initiative by assessing creative outputs across multiple formats.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.
  • Strong sense of visual design, layout, and presentation quality.
  • Ability to make thoughtful and consistent judgments on design and aesthetics.
  • Professional experience in roles requiring strong visual judgment and design sensibility (preferred).
  • Experience creating graphics, presentations, or documents for professional use (preferred).
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
  • Proficiency in working with Slides, Sheets, Docs, and PDF-based workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation criteria.
  • Clear written communication skills for providing feedback.
  • Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
  • Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
