Description

  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis, and product discovery.
  • Create personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Design responsive, intuitive SaaS experiences for desktop and mobile applications.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, reusable components, and UI standards.
  • Design accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 and ensure usability across devices and browsers.
  • Use product analytics, A/B testing, customer feedback, and usability validation to optimize conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Deliver developer-ready assets, interaction specifications, annotations, and documentation, and support implementation quality in production.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, responsive design, and high-quality UI execution.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and usability testing.
  • Strong visual design, problem-solving, product-thinking, and cross-functional communication abilities.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely from Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or consumer applications (preferred).
  • Experience maintaining large-scale design systems and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms (preferred).
