Description

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, workflows, and user flows.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile experiences.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • Define and enforce UI standards for typography, color, spacing, and interaction patterns.
  • Design accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards and ensure usability across devices and browsers.
  • Run A/B tests and iterate on layouts, flows, and interactions based on feedback and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Provide developer-ready assets, interaction specs, design documentation, and UI guidance.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and improve conversion, retention, and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, UI execution, and responsive design work.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, usability testing, and responsive design.
  • Experience with SaaS products, consumer applications, or enterprise software (nice to have).
  • Experience with scalable design systems (nice to have).
  • Basic front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics tools (nice to have).
