Description

  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers on scalable data pipelines, model training, and deployment systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the machine learning infrastructure, including Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and higher-level ML services.
  • Design and develop on-premises MLOps solutions that support model delivery and smooth handoff from research to production.
  • Maintain high engineering standards by ensuring code is consistent, reviewed, tested, and integrated properly.
  • Optimize existing models to improve performance and throughput.
  • Incorporate model training, validation, and evaluation into the testing process alongside unit and integration tests.
  • Build and maintain deployment, monitoring, and operations tools for ML systems.
  • Continuously refine CI/CD workflows to support evolving machine learning infrastructure needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in MLOps or full-stack machine learning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, the Scientific Python stack, or CUDA.
  • Understanding of the MLOps lifecycle and hands-on experience with MLOps workflows.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, CI/CD, common ML frameworks, and data management.
  • Familiarity with machine learning engineering and an interest in scaling ML systems effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working with Linux, Docker, and production ML infrastructure is preferred.
  • Must-have skill: Python.
