Description

  • Define and drive the enterprise cloud strategy aligned with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Architect and oversee migration of on-premises and data center workloads to cloud-native environments.
  • Lead architectural decisions for cloud adoption with a focus on performance, scalability, and resilience.
  • Establish and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code standards and deployment best practices.
  • Embed AI and machine learning capabilities into cloud infrastructure and operational workflows.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team and support professional growth.
  • Set team objectives, performance metrics, and accountability for delivery against strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align cloud infrastructure initiatives with business needs.
  • Oversee security, compliance, risk management, and audit readiness for cloud environments.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with cloud service providers and technology vendors to support innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, including leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms, with a focus on architecture and infrastructure development.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools, AI integration, and machine learning methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in cloud environments.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (required).
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (required).
  • HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate or Professional (required).
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (strongly preferred).
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) strongly preferred.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect — Associate or Professional preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation preferred.
