Description

  • Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows connecting CRM systems, marketing platforms, landing pages, payment gateways, and business applications.
  • Build and manage AI-powered systems that automate content generation, campaign analysis, customer interactions, and operational processes.
  • Develop scalable marketing infrastructure capable of supporting multiple simultaneous offers and campaigns.
  • Create automated testing frameworks for marketing funnels, campaigns, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Build reusable templates and deployment systems that accelerate launch cycles and reduce operational effort.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party platforms to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Establish data architecture frameworks to track business metrics, campaign performance, customer value, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize automation systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement automation-driven solutions.
  • Implement AI agents and workflow orchestration tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visibility through real-time reporting and analytics dashboards.
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and integration solutions to continuously enhance capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proven experience building complex automation systems and workflow architectures.
  • Strong expertise in Make.com, Zapier, API integrations, and automation platforms.
  • Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as n8n, Google Apps Script, and custom integration frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, reporting systems, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to design scalable systems capable of supporting high-volume operations and multiple concurrent workflows.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms, marketing tools, payment systems, and business applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities with a focus on process optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to building reliable, error-resistant automation solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Continuous learner mindset with a passion for staying ahead of emerging AI and automation technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Benefits

  • Salary range of Rs 600000 - Rs 1200000 per year (INR 6-12 LPA).
  • Remote, full-time work arrangement.
