Description

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Estimate engineering effort and plan implementation and rollout of system changes.
  • Partner with the business to define the mobile app experience and support broader business goals.
  • Produce clear design documents and communicate implementation details effectively.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to prompt for entire features, review generated code, and safely integrate it into the codebase.
  • Implement user-friendly interfaces using strong UI/UX principles and rapid UI generation tools.
  • Serve as the primary responder for live production incidents affecting lead-generation mobile apps.
  • Proactively improve monitoring and awareness of live mobile app issues.
  • Build and deploy releases to TestFlight and Google Play, including store listing and compliance management.
  • Run weekly code review meetings and review implementations from a security perspective, including OWASP and credentials management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Strong experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern mobile workflows.
  • Experience building for iOS and Android.
  • Proficiency with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing AI context windows, such as creating .cursorrules.
  • Ability to rapidly create functional prototypes for marketing experiments, ideally within hours.
  • Understanding of mobile analytics, Firebase, and complex API integrations.
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to build attractive interfaces independently.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Mandatory workstation setup with a dedicated USB headset or podcast-quality microphone and a stable wired Ethernet connection for HD video calls.
  • Preferred experience with Node.js.
  • Preferred familiarity with UI generation tools such as Lovable, v0, or FigmaMake.
