Description

  • Build pipeline from scratch through outbound sales efforts.
  • Close B2B SaaS deals and own the sales process end to end.
  • Sell Weekday’s recruiting technology platform to HR, Talent, or Operations buyers.
  • Track personal sales metrics and optimize conversion rates.
  • Work independently in an ambiguous, startup-style environment without heavy lead or script support.
  • Contribute to growth as part of a founding sales team.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience closing deals, not just SDR work.
  • Proven ability to build outbound pipeline from scratch.
  • Experience selling to HR, Talent, or Operations buyers is a strong plus.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and with minimal direction.
  • Data-oriented approach to managing sales metrics and performance.
  • Startup-native mindset.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Based in or open to Bengaluru/remote work.
